Therapy is a process of learning to manage a wide range of feelings and behaviors, exploring valuable insights, building positive skills, and developing healthy relationships. By using a foundation of cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT, and systems theory, I work with adults to support positive growth.
Many stressors in today's world can overwhelm a young person's ability to cope, resulting in anxiety or depression. I offer support and skill-building to help a young person regulate their emotions more effectively, feel more secure in their friendships, and improve their behaviors at home and in school.
